Company Policy:
Phoenix Sales and Services Corp. requires that all orders must be cancelled within 48 hours for a full reimbursement. Any order cancelled after the grace period of 48 hours will incur a 50% penalty of the total sales order.

Late payment disclaimer:
Phoenix Sales and Services Corporation will abide by the following in regards to all payments beginning on February 15, 2003: A 6% interest maybe be applied for all purchase orders that are not paid after 30 of FOB. A 15 day grace period will be given to all orders after the 30 days; however a 6% interest can be charged monthly for late payments.
